Since I’m hoping to use this site to keep track of what’s going on in the garden and elsewhere, it would probably be good to start with what I’ve got done so far. So:

I’ve got one veggie bed dug, still need to dig one more, if weather permits.  I do need to add compost and more soil to those beds. I’ve got the bed by the old swing cleaned out and ready for planting with two roses in and two more to go.

I’ve got all the veggie seeds I want and have started the broccoli, leeks, sweet basil, cinnamon basil, parsley, and sweet peppers.

And I think that’s it. Huh. I feel like I’ve done more that that. Oh well. At least it’s time to start thinking about starting more seeds. And maybe sowing a few of the cold-loving ones, like peas in outside. Weather permitting again.
